I became interested in alternative medicine while growing up in Sherwood Park.  I was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with a health care system that was ‘medication first’ and began to research alternative methods to help support my own health.  After experiencing the effects of acupuncture firsthand, I was hooked and knew I wanted to pursue it as a career.  I graduated from MacEwan University in 2012 with a Diploma of Acupuncture and am registered with the College and Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta.

I have completed continuing education in sports injuries, cranio sacral therapy, pediatrics, women’s health and pregnancy and have experience in treating a wide variety of conditions.  My treatments include acupuncture, cupping, guasha, electro-acupuncture, auricular therapy, and lifestyle and nutrition counseling.  Outside of the clinic, I love baking, yoga, and exploring outdoors with my husband and son.
